I completely understand that life happens and plans can change. However, as I reserve your session specifically for you, 24 hours’ notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule.
24+ HOURS’ NOTICE
Cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before your session and there is no charge.
LESS THAN 24 HOURS’ NOTICE
Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full session rate.
NO-SHOWS
If you don’t attend your booked session without letting me know, the full session fee will be charged.
LATE ARRIVALS
If you arrive late, your session will still finish at the scheduled time. This ensures that my next client is not affected.
EMERGENCIES
I understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances happen. Please contact me as soon as possible and I’ll always try to be reasonable where there are exceptional circumstances.
CLASSES & RETREATS
For group classes, workshops and retreats, cancellation terms may vary and will be confirmed at the time of booking. By booking a session with me, you agree to these cancellation terms. Thank you for respecting my time and allowing me to give every client the time and attention they deserve.
My service is not an emergency or crisis service. If you are in immediate danger, call 999. For urgent mental-health support, contact NHS 111 and select the mental-health option.
