    Wonderful Yoga! “Slow Yoga” is an apt title to describe this program. The 45-minute slot is all focused on deep breaths and slow, deliberate, and ultimately relaxing movements. We ended the session with some meditation, leaving me feeling fresh with my mind clear for the day. Recommended to all who want to experience the calmness that Yoga can bring!
