Some lovely yoga flows, asana (pose) practice with meditation at the end. All levels welcome.
This class will help improve respiration, energy and vitality. Practicing yoga might seem like just stretching, but it can do much more for your body from the way you feel, look and move.
Yoga asanas build strength, flexibility and confidence and doing this regular practice of yoga can help lose weight, relieve stress, improve immunity and maintain a healthier lifestyle. If you do not have time for 30 minutes there is also a 15 minutes class 🙂
